Haul • Pump • Shower
Hot Oiler/Acid Pump Units
- • 15k high rate fluid ends – rates up to 1000 lpm while maintaining min rates of 5 lpm.
- • Burner sizes up to 15mm btu – offering heating of water from room temp to 90°C at rates up to 550 lpm.
- • Trailers that are acid rated available to haul up to 30m³ of fluid – Hot oilers/acid pumpers tow the trailers.
- • Acid compatible tank with full stainless plumbing – capability to haul up to 6m³ of acid or other fluids, with multi-compartment tanks.
- • Data acquisition system offering real-time pump data monitoring from the field.
- • Capability to tow fluid trailer or emergency shower trailer.
Turnaround and Tank/Vessel Cleaning
- • High rate Gamma jet with ability to impact clean tanks of up to 160’ diameter.
- • Jetting Equipment Available.
- • Experienced turnaround supervisors familiar with all tank and vessel cleaning programs.
- • Detailed Safe Operating Procedures in place for all operations.
Emergency Shower Units
- • Two head completely mobile shower units – units travel with 2.3 m³ of potable water on board and arrive fully compliant with IRP 8 legislation – no water truck required.
- • On board diesel generator.

- • Capability to be towed by hot oil/acid truck units reducing the footprint and number of vehicles on your location.
